Reservation Officer
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven track record in the same / similar capacity for a minimum of 2 years
• 4 ~ 5 Star hotels / resorts experience(s) preferred
• Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of verbal and written English
• TOEIC Score 550 or above
• Positive approach to customer service
• Posses good working attitude and strong initiatives
• Pleasant physical appearance
• Ability to speak foreign language(s), will be an added advantage
