PT Bank Commonwealth is looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated persons to fill the following positions for its expanding banking operation

Head of Planning & Budgeting
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
  • Having experience at least 10years experience in banking (preferably in Multinational Bank)
  • International Experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience in co-ordination of forecasting and budgeting
  • Experience to deliver quarterly forecast including detailed driver analysis and annual plan to Bank
  • Experience in develop internal detailed budgeting process for the Bank (including six-monthly BI plan)
  • Experience in develop detailed expense reporting framework to coincide with new budget allocations, review and improve cost allocation methodologies
  • Accounting knowledge combined with strong business acumen
  • Sound financial analysis skill
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members
  • Able to work well under tight deadline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
