Legal Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- To maintain the secrecy, due diligence and legality for every corporate action (Facility Agreement from external or third party, IPO, Right Issue, Obligation Issue, Mutual Funds, etc), in order to comply with the existing law which need to be done by the company, subsidiary, or sister company.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in managerial position in public company
- Experience in handling merger and acquisition process
- Has excellent knowledge in Bapepam and IDX regulations
