MARKETING SUPPORT for HOTEL
at PT ASKOMINDO DINAMIKA di Jakarta
We invite dynamic peoples who will actively contribute in further growing the business for the following position:
Marketing Support for Hotel
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
• Secure customer orders through personal sales calls or by telephone
• Continually prospect and qualify new customers
• Conduct follow-up service calls to all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Enter name of all new customers to company mailing lists for direct mail catalogues
• Assure dissatisfied customers with prompt resolution of any service problems that may occur
• Analysis and report on trends, bookings and stay patterns
• Marketing administration and involved in public relations
• Advertising negotiations and communication with third parties
• Evaluate the performance of our website and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the resent of the hotel, with the intention of increasing number of bookings
• Perform all assigned duties with a minimum amount of supervision from Sales Manager
• Revises, updates and proofreads marketing materials, including letters, catalogues and other literature. Coordinates mailings
• Other activities related to marketing field
Requirements:
• Male
• Minimum S1 in any discipline from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 in the scale of 4
• Have min. 1 year experience as a Marketing
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
• Speak and write English fluently
• Logical thinking and able to work in a team and/or independently
• Able to work comfortably with and assist a wide range of individuals in a variety of situations
