HRD MANAGER, SALES PROFESSIONAL AND SALES COUNTER

An automotive dealer in Madiun is currently seeking highly qualified individuals for the following position:
1. HRD Manager
Requirements:
- Preferably female
- S1 graduates with degree in Psychology or equivalent
- Previous experience (min. 2 years) is a must. Previous experience needed in these areas; handling recruitment, selection, training, payroll system, Jamsostek and others necessary HRD system and regulation
- Applicants must be willing to be located in Madiun (Jawa Timur)
- Full time positions are offered
- All candidates must be able to work independently as well as in a team, has a strong leadership, result and process oriented, a fast learner and able and willing to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling all kind of HR activities such as prepare and maintains company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems
- Scheduled and reviewed training programs, develops job analysis on all grade levels
- Supervise and provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation
- Handling employee administration process
- Supervise all handling recruitment process, contract employee and all general affair and activities
2. Sales Professionals
Requirements:
- Like to learn new things and love challenge
- Should be able to develop their own network of customers, self and highly motivated to achieve target
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Honest, trustworthy, discipline and responsible
- Flexible working hours
- Must or willing to reside in Madiun area
- Has own vehicle and holds SIM C
3. Sales Counter
Requirements:
- Female
- Single
- Age: max. 25 years old
- Min. education SMU or equivalent
- Friendly, communicative, and persuasive
- Neat appearance and good looking
- Like to learn new things and love challenge
- Target oriented and self motivated
- Honest, trustworthy, discipline and responsible
- Willing to be located in Madiun, Jawa Timur
