Villas Bali Hotel and Spa is looking for the following positions:

Personal Assistant to General Manager

This position provides administrational support for the General Manager, efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities involve;

· Coordinating appointments, travel, accommodation and meetings
· Strong internal liaison with direct report lines
· Trustworthiness and confidentiality
· Extensive Reporting
· Preparing, maintaining, administrating documentation

The ideal candidate will have the ability to prove;
· High level of time management
· Strong organisational skills
· Strong communication, both verbal and written English, you will not be afraid to approach others and ask questions!
· Be extremely proactive with a strong use of initiative
· Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
· Minimum of 2 years administrational experience
· You will be diplomatic, switched on and professional
