JOB DESCRIPTION ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Overview
An Account Director within Indonesia Team has full responsibility of a portfolio of clients and a team of at least 2 project managers. She/he is overall in charge of growing the client portfolio revenue and developing skills and expertise within the team.

An Account Director works with a fewclients, mainly in integrated marketing campaigns. She/he is involved in the client's Retail, Channel, B2b and B2C Marketing strategy. She/he has strong relationships with Senior Managers on the client sides. The Account Director manages a team consisting of Project Managers, Account Executive and Other operational team.

• At least 5 years' Experience of performance based marketing (experiential marketing: events & promotions, large marketing turn key projects, CRM programs)
• Comprehensive understanding and experience of all Program success metrics
• Demonstrate profitable growth of client accounts though wide-ranging account management skills
• Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results
• Master degree within Business Administration / Marketing
• Fluent in English written and oral skills.
• Great skills on MS Office ( PowerPoint presentation, Excel and Word Document)

Responsibilities
The job will require you to
• Grow the client portfolio revenues to reach GP goals
• Grow the top clients GP to exceed client growth expectations
• Coach and lead your team
• Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client's business
• Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships
• Advise on all aspects of the online marketing mix and their deployment to achieve a clients business objectives
• Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of performance- based marketing
• Have a profound knowledge about on and offline marketing and marketing theories

Specific activities include:
• Internal
o Managing ainternal team
o Reporting to the Country Head – Indonesia.
• Recruitment
o Negotiating deals with 3rd party vendors
• Optimisation
o Learning the objectives of the client
o Formulating strategies and setting targets
• Allocation of Program Budget and do cost management
o Advise the client on the optimal marketing program budget
• Reporting
o Reporting to the client
o Internal reporting to the Head of Consultancy
o Status Report of the program
