PRODUCT & MICE MANAGER
at International Destination Management Company based in Bali di Bali
International Destination Management Company based in Bali is looking for the following position:
PRODUCT & MICE MANAGER
This position provides daily support to the General Manager, the product team at the head office and strong cooperation with the reservation and operation department and requests:
· Strong management skills & team leader
· Good inter-personal and negotiating skills
· Passionate and self motivated individual
· Proactive with a strong use of initiative
· Strong communication, both verbal and written English
· Strong internal liaison with direct report lines and extensive reporting
· Trustworthiness and confidentiality
· Intermediate Microsoft Office and Power Point knowledge, Corel Draw/Photoshop is a plus
· Deep knowledge of the Indonesian Archipelago
· Ability of creating team oriented sections
· Creativity and fantasy
· Cooperate and media network connections
· Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position within the tour & travel industry
· D3 graduation in tourism academy
· Maximum 40 years old
· Well groomed, outgoing, pleasant personality and presentable
