International Destination Management Company based in Bali is looking for the following positions:
SENIOR RESERVATION OFFICER
This position provides daily support to the Reservation and General Manager and requests:
· Strong communication, both verbal and written English
· Strong in quotation and tailor made itinerary proposals
· Preparing, maintaining, administrating documentation
· Sensitive for deadlines
· Organized and detail oriented
· Intermediate Microsoft Office applications knowledge
· Trustworthiness and confidentiality
· Strong team work loyalty and willing to work in shifts and on weekends
· Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position preferred tour & travel background
· D2 or D3 graduation in tourism academy
· Maximum 30 years old
· Well groomed, outgoing, pleasant personality and presentable
