Operation Manager
The ideal candidate must meet these following requirements:
Male/Female, max 35 years of age and willing to stay in Bali.
Min. D3 with at least 3 years of experiences in the hotel/restaurant industry in managerial level.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Able to communicate in English.
Able to work long hours and during Public Holidays/Weekend.
Excellent communication, coaching, training skills and good leadership.
Strong and excellent knowledge in F&B (service & production), budgets, labor costs, inventory and as well as food cost while ensuring quality standards.
Able to train and develop staffs through regular training programs.
Able to maintain and improve the quality standards (service & production).
