Food and Beverage Manager
The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa currently have an exciting opportunity for a career minded Food and Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team!! We are located in beautiful Seminyak.
Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal applicant should have:
· a fantastic eye for detail
· a sense of urgency
· flair for creative quality
· effective cost control
· multi-outlet experience
· strong communication skills
· time management and leadership skills
Your strengths will be in all aspects of running the Food & Beverage department of a diverse operation and a passion for achieving service excellence!
The Food and Beverage Manager will work along side the Executive Chef and is responsible for all food and beverage facilities, including an a la Carte Restaurant, Room Service, Conference and Weddings and special events.
The key to your success in this role will lie in your ability to motivate a small but strong team and ensure optimum productivity and high service standards throughout the department.
