An integrated international resort and recreational facility located in Nusa Dua Bali is now looking for and inviting applications for the following position:
HRD MANAGER focus on Training & Development
The right and successful candidates shall possess:
1. ability to assess training needs2. ability to plan and conduct training for the staff3. basic knowledge and skill in human resources management4. interest step up the career ladder in human resources5. willingness to participate in the activities of a dynamic management team members6. commitment to dedicate her/himself to management team of the company7. a strong drive to achieve both professional and personal targets, objectives or goals.
Other Requirements:
English proficiency, to be based in Bali (or willing to move to Bali), minimum 5 years experience in hospitality raining/ human resources, ideally university degree or equivalent; working knowledge of labour law & regulations, HR best practices; have a strong leadership credential.
