Income Revenue Manager (New Position)
The Villas Bali Hotel & Spa currently have an exciting opportunity for a career minded Income Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team!! We are located in beautiful Seminyak.
The successful candidate must be:
· An outstanding coach, mentor and leader committed to personal development
· Have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role
· Strong verbal & written communication skills
· Passion for customer service
· Strong administrative and organizational skills
· Experience with VHP and a love for Excel are essential
Main responsible consist of maximizing opportunities throughout the Hotel for all revenue streams, making key decisions on rate and space whilst maximizing occupancy/room rate at all times, implementing an effective rate structure, maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service within the team and being actively involved in relation to all aspects of revenue.
You will be responsible for developing our team to reach its full potential whilst ensuring a fun environment, with a focus on learning and involvement. Hotel Brand Standards will be at the forefront of the operation at all times, along with taking responsibility for profit generation and cost control.
